Fire Weltman!! Now!!!

Recommended Posts

It’s pathetic to watch this guy sit on his hands and do the least possible to improve this team and still keep his job. Trading second round picks for cash doesn’t count for sh**.

He has proven that he can’t get a team over the top. As soon as he leaves a team they get proactive and win a championship. Wash rinse repeat.

ownership do you want to win or just fill seats with whomever??? Fans of the Magic or not.

Welp, since I don’t have moderator power and can’t pin my own posts, I will just talk to myself about firing this lame azz management. Don’t you think it’s time? They do ZERO beyond drafting in the first round and hope. Screw the second round or do anything in free agency. It’s horrible mismanagement of assets and easily a fireable offense. Will the owners do anything? How about local media doing anything? NO on both accounts. So here we are,  hopeful and hopeless. Enjoy the day Magic fans and like Disney says, dreams really do come true.

I must admit that I am very disappointed and frustrated that no action or urgency seems to be taken to addressing our gaps. It may well be time to shake up our front office.

I’m glad we didn’t force anything just for the sake of doing something. We have two young superstars who are learning how to superstar. One is working his way back from injury and is him. The other is ballin out of his mind and leading the ***** out of this team. We also have a third potential star who is a menace on defense, is one of our best shooters, and might be our most important component to winning. He’s still out with injury but will be back soon. We’ve had bad luck with injuries. We’re fine. Let them grow. I like this team.

Feeling is the same as every last draft day or deadline: I'm not disappointed at all, cause I was expecting nothing. Only feel stupid wasting my time following it.

At the same time, I have to say that most of the forum (cannot say about Magic fans overall) were really high on FO in offseason and until we had a really positive record, and the team without Paolo still winning big. There were claim of being on the way to greatness not as far than two months ago. I can understand the bad feelings now, but the truth is probably in the middle, and overreactions are not something I love.

Otis, is that you?

In all seriousness, I’m going to push back on this sentiment. There’s more to building an NBA team than 2 extremes. Nobody is upset that we didn’t make a deal to make a deal, but this team has a ton of obvious flaws that we could have made a one of a myriad of small moves to at least attempt to address.

Lololol Otis, you beat me to it. Section9 has a lot of placating bs in his diatribe. At least mngt.are doing something, trying to spin the narrative. Hahahahaha
