ball junkie Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 Great news and a nice update from Mr. Redick... quote: Hey now, what
FENDI Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 I wonder how much muscles he gained. And hopefully it doesn't affect his shooting.

Natmayo Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 Good for him. Any good play from JJ just helps the Magic and that's all I want.
Darrell_Armstrong Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 I really feel that JJ is set to have a breakout season and be the sparkplug and clutch shooter we've always wanted him to be. However, I'm trying to hold my excitement in check because I've seen him having breakout years the last two, and it hasn't happened.
davcivic Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 Isn't this a contract year? He might know this is it. He needs to prove everyone he belongs in the league and judging by his performance late last year I think there's a place for him in the league. Let's hope its motivation to help the team win.

VinceCarter4life Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 wut a tool I hope JJ improves his overall game rather than strength. I dont see how his weight gain would help him too much. He doesnt drive or anything, hes small and a shooter Cant you just bring back the Redick from Duke?
NickAnderson Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 ^ I think it will help him, alot of the better sharp shooters in the league are around 210 Korver, Berry, Mason. So 200-205 is better for him and his height. Who knows how much better he will be, im not expecting him to get much PT, who knows tho.
