The Truth Appreciation Thread

The Emory appreciates the Truth and wishes the Truth would post more often. The Truth speaks the same language as the Emory although 3rd person is alot more fun. The Emory wishes the Magic would bring Stevenson back so that the Emory could enjoy one more Stevenson hate thread started by the Truth.

Many people are not going to understand because they were not here during that time frame.

 

The Truth and I signed up right around the same time and we disagreed on quite a few things. We would argue back and forth but we also had fun doing it. It never turned ugly, he respected my opinion and I respected his even though it was horribly wrong.

 

When he said that I was defending Deshawn because I was "riding his unit," I didn't take offense to that, I laughed and then turned it into a joke that we had fun with.

 

Of course in order for that to happen, people need to have a little more fun on here and not take everything personal.

The Truth is at a crossroad. The Truth believe Mr. Charisma is correct in his assumption that the sense of humor is long gone. we really do need to mellow out sometimes. I think people get too self conscience and get offended when people disagree with them. There should be no reason for so much hostility all of the time.

Amazing isn't it, I thought he may have been goofing around since I don't know Deshawn personally and I have no desire to hang out on someone's unit.

i remember those days, seems like longer than just a couple years ago...i agree that the quality of the board has declined, especially over the last 9 months. but, i just cant stay away.

Magic in 4, you are crazy for thinking the lowly Raptors are going to take a game from the future ECF champions. I honestly only expect a 5-6 game series in our favor to the Pistons. That is if they don't screw up against the underrated Sixers... for being so rusty after resting their starters for so long.

 

Then we win a 7 game series to Boston, final game being in Boston...

 

Then we get swept by the Lakers in the Finals
