Jefferson torched us last year...and we only play him 2wice a year now... and D12 had a 20-20 vs. KG last year...and now we play him at least 3 times this year...could be a good thing...maybe...maybe not... It's all good man. If were not the best team in the east, we WILL be one of the best. All we have to do is make it to the playoffs, then we kick it into overdrive and dominate. plus the fact that the "big 3" in Boston will be old when O-Town's having a whale of a tale of a time cuz our players will be in their prime...im still sayin we get at least one championship in the next 5 years...this doesnt change a thing...just short term, it does... MilitaryMagic 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2007 Dang, I wish they'd have traded Gomes away. That would have totally obliterated Boston's bench if they lost Gomes, too.

Live or Die Magic 383 Report post Posted July 30, 2007 Kevin McHale must have figured that this deal was the best way for him to win more NBA titles for the Celtics than Larry Bird did.
You're Fat, Pat! 98 Report post Posted July 30, 2007 man, looking back at the past few months for the celts, our GM doesnt look half bad... theyve traded away their future...a couple of times over...trading West, Jeff Green, Gerald Green, and Al Jefferson??? that team had loads of potential...and now they have nothing to look forward to...except for this season...and maybe another...depending on KG... 30Assists 342 Report post Posted July 30, 2007 That is one nasty team...in the regular season. I see them as being something as the Lakers when they had Payton, Kobe, Malone, and Shaq. Great players don't make a great team. I think this will be a hell of an interesting team to watch, still. Wow.
