He is playing again. For sure. TOS is treatable and rarely needs surgery. He will be fine.

There's probably a 15% chance this is a chronic issue that gives him problems long term that he'll have to manage with rest from time to time but you gotta figure now that they know about it he should be able to manage it. 

There's probably a 60% chance he's only just a good starting point guard who can pass, defend, and get to the rim with periodic big games. Something between Kris Dunn and Kyle Lowry if you remove his all star years. 

And I think there's a 25% chance he becomes a high end to elite point guard.
