Official 2014-2015 Shake-and-Bake Trade Thread

Recommended Posts

Maybe Presti finally gets to add a trade to the "won" pile?

Yup. They really built their bench up and I see no real difference between Lopez and Kanter right now

Wow Phoenix walked out on the better side of that deal in my opinion. I didn't think the Suns would get equal value for Dragic, but they got better value in my opinion. Knight should've been an all-star to replace Wade. He can shoot and pass and play defense. Him and Bledsoe make up a dangerous two-some.

From what I understand they traded:

Dragic and his brother, Tyler Ennis, Myles Plumlee and Isaiah Thomas

for

Brandon Knight, Norris Cole, 3 1st round picks and filler.

I'm not sure what to make of that really..

So stoked on all the moves the magic made

Why would you expect moves? If anything you should be stoked that the Magic made none, because this season is over and there was nothing out there worth doing.

I fully expected no moves and will never understand people who want a trade to happen just to satisfy their inner news junkie.

Just wait until summer. The draft. Coach search, Free agency with Tobias and others will be more than satisfactory to fill that void.

Really nothing that would have improved us considering most of the moves involved PG's.

No one was going to give us anything worthwhile for AN or Harkless so why trade them?

I didn't realize Philly essentially traded MCW for the Lakers 2015 top 5 protected pick Phoenix held.

If it works out they could have two awesome picks in this draft, plus Noel and Embiid.

PG is the deepest position and easiest to fill in the league so I understand the thought process
