What's not working is our coach's substitution patterns....Frye, Nicholson, Gordon, Green, and Ridnour in the game for a 6 minute stretch that sees Cleveland go on a 16-4 run. JV is ignorant, it's really that simple.

How many wide open shots do you give up before calling a timeout to address this? 5/5 from 15 feet Varejao is killing us and no changes defensively. When JV is gone and we get a coach that understands what's actually involved in being a coach and not a motivational speaker we will all look back and be thrilled we are on the right trail. If you can't see that JV is incapable of coaching at this level nothing I say will change your mind as you're a Homer!

What's not working is were playing a vastly superior team on the road that needs a win. Kind of a perfect storm to get pounded.

I think Tobias Harris contributes more than is obvious. It hurts losing his scoring, but the rebounding is also weak without him in the game.
