Redick offered 3 years $20m from bulls

Recommended Posts

The Bulls offer is supposed to be too painful for the Magic to match. I like JJ as much as the next Magic fan, but shooters can be replaced.

I think we need to pull of a trade and use that TPE quick.

Did he even sign the offer sheet?

Did he sign it would you think twice about signing an offer sheet of close to seven mil?

I say we have an overpaid backup center why not overpay our backup sg.

Although if we trade Wince for Cp3 he could be our starting sg, just saying.

the good thing about some of the recent events is that it forces Otis' hand. If he is just "seeing how things play out" - well, they're playing out. Time to bust a move!

That offer sheet is all sorts of 'wow'. I can't see us matching that, but letting him walk with the inevitability of a Carter injury would leave us incredibly thin at SG.

Exactly. It's easy for us to say match. That's alot of green.

TRADE WINCE OTIS. Do the right thing.

Either that or Gortat needs to go pronto. You can't be paying 7 million a year for backups.

Agreed. Otis needs to do something fast. No more sitting on his hands.

We are going to match this! We can't afford to lose Redick and Barnes.

This is a lot of money but it's ONLY 3 years. It expires when Lewis and Jameer expire. That year we are gonna have a lot of cap space. Hopefully Dwight accepts his player option so we can have even more cap space for then.
