I don't think it matters anymore.

I know. I'm really stumped on this one.

Yes, this is quite the pickle. And by that, I mean this pickle:

Well, as for Bass, I'm thinking we better lock him up quick.

Rasheed, Garnett, Big Baby, Perkins against Dwight Howard....I don't see how we could even dream of getting past Boston if we meet in the playoffs

Though the consideration should be how many of the Celtic players will be on the DL by the end of the year. This is an aging team and a long season is just going to make it worst not better.

Give us Bass and Orlando will be that much better.

we can't afford him. the knicks just offer him $7m per year, and he turned it down.

and there are a lot of college kids that Lee wouldn't be able to defend. He really is a one trick pony....and a very expensive one at that.

you telling me that one of the leaders in double double in the nba is a one trick pony, check his stats man.

That is exactly what I am telling you. He is a product of D'Antoni's system. It over inflates numbers and makes a decent looking player appear better than he actually is.

Lee gets almost all of his points on second chance opportunities and the occasional layup that was set up by a teammate. He has no offensive moves, his jumper is inconsistent at best, and his defense may be the worst at the power forward spot in the league. His only strength is rebounding, primarily offensive rebounding.

Lee is a good player but his numbers are inflated. Just like Marion and Nash and Diaw. I don't know why he is even brought up because it is not realistic. We are bargain shoppers and he has turned down money already which is a lot more than we could offer him.

This is a fuggin disaster.

The fact that Otis didn't even get a visit in is what really pisses me off about this. Rasheed can always D up Dwight 1 on 1, and apparently so can Kendrick Perkins.

To not even drive up Rasheeds value so that he has to make a decision between us and the Celtics is a huge lapse on his part. In my opinion Sheed was the missing PF or backup C that we could have used to put us over the top. Now we have to resign Gortat or we're ****ed. Oh wait, we can't even do that because he would put us so far over the luxory tax it would be absurd, and then we would have big money locked up in a backup who only plays 10-15 mins a game at very most!

This sucks. What a ****ty job Otis.

its not even so much as wanting Sheed on our team as it is having him on a team that already dominates us down low.

I would've been ecstatic to see him go anywhere but Boston.

We gotta try to avoid them come May but I think we'll see them in the 2nd round again.
