{Poll} Which buyout PG would you take on the Magic?

Recommended Posts

I'm actually going to go with Steph. We need firepower in that second unit - and Steph can still have big games. I think these days, he's more weird than he is a bad teammate.

Tinsley would be the ideal man for this club of the two. He's younger, he's big, he's a very good passer, he's got great vision, plays team ball on the court, always knows where his cutters are, he plays very good defense, he's a strong cut to the basket guy and he is used to playing with an above the rim big man. His main downfall outside of his off the court issues are his injuries...He might not come off the bench and spark it up with his offense, but he will keep the rhythm of the game going and get more of our players involved when he's on the court...

Marbury is a scorer, when he's scoring...I just think someone who can do more is better for our club...plus I think Marbs days of solid numbers are behind him, where Tinsley could still have some good nights...

either way, we're not getting either of these guys...

Tinsley and the Bobcats are the current in thing.

And when it comes to Marbury he is just a cancer where ever he goes.

Plus there is not way the Magic go for either of these players. Neither are DeVos type players.

This is Stephon's numbers. You actually think we could not use this guy. He had his best 3 pt. % of his career last year and the year before he had the most 3 pointers of his career. He has been on a very bad team that was going nowhere. He would be a great addition and he would take over the backup point guard spot immediately. In the last few years of his career, you would think he is ready to contribute to a team that has a chance to win 50+ games and go deep in the playoffs.

This preseason he had a very good game against Boston. He still has more than enough in the tank.

Well, that's the first time I've ever heard of Jermaine O'neal being accused of playing above the rim. He plays above the rim the same way Elton Brand does.

Any support for Tinsley to me is hilarious. A career sub .400 shooter who shoots more than Jameer ever does, can't make free throws, and couldn't keep the ocean in front of him if he was standing on the beach, and turns the ball over more than Dwight does.
