I vote for Dwight over Shaq for one reason: Orlando is 1-8 all time in the Finals. Dwight is 1-4, Shaq 0-4. Also, I nominate Scott Skiles. Not only did he have the 30 assists game, but he was a key guy for our infancy.

I don't see any of the events being that crazy and outside of what happens from time to time in NBA locker rooms. However, ESPN and company ran with it, like they do with anything they can (like the Phil Jackson comments about playing on Christmas these days) and beat it to death so much that DC prosecutors had to take it up. Because, if they didn't, they would be seen as weak, or in the pockets of the rich, etc.

The fact of the matter is, at this point, who gives a crap? Everyone, players and coaches, know a trade is coming. Otis pretty much said so much during the offseason when asked about Gortat, JJ, etc still being around. When that trade comes I'll take another look. In the meantime, go ahead and continue to freak out with every loss... And continue to pleasure yourself by starting threads that fit your self defined narrative and biases.
