Well its a good pickup for them, and they got off IMO reasonably cheap.

 

I still think they dont have much of a shot unless McGrady and Yao can stay healthy, even with Artest. Time will tell.

The Pistons and Artest have a somewhat obscure past. But yes, for that kind of deal I would have risked it.
