Nyce_1 311 Report post Posted December 8, 2007 wow, a day early? This is another tough match. If our boys come out like they did vs. Indy, it'll be our first 2 game losing streak of the season. They better come correct. ATL has some better players than us, but we have a better TEAM and COACH and that should be the difference in the game.

ThisIsTheYear 241 Report post Posted December 8, 2007 Boys better come ready for this one and take them out. Sadly, I'm more afraid of the Hawks than I am of the Pacers, but our teams much better than last season's. Please, for the love of God, try to sustain a large lead if we get one. Slow the game down! Miller4Prez64 1 Report post Posted December 8, 2007 We ALWAYS lose to the Hawks, but we always lost to the Lakers in LA.....so here's to the Magic ending this as well.

No the Magic don't, Magic beat them "ONCE" last year. So far they've one only 2 in a row, three in a row if you count the pre season win. The only reason the Hawks beat the Magic is because they have a "GRUDGE" against the Magic. The only way you would know why is if you were at the game against the Hawks that wasn't on TV and actually saw the game. They simply embarrassed the Hawks that they actually take playing against the Magic seriously. This game isn't going to be won physically, its going to be won mentally. If Magic are fully recoverd after the loss to INDY or whether the Hawks can stay infuriated with their Joe Johnson's, Josh Childress, Zaza Pachulia, and Josh Smith's. Nyce_1 311 Report post Posted December 8, 2007 Dub, you forgot to include Horford, their rebounding beast. For a rookie As a player, he's a monster on the boards. Dwight will have his hands full and the whole team has to help out in that regard.
gporter 5 Report post Posted December 8, 2007 This game is one of the biggest games so far.. because I fear this may be the beginning of our cold streak. I am certainly not going to another game this season though because I must be bad luck since we lost.

Skywise316 211 Report post Posted December 9, 2007 Nyce is right, we better come correct.. but even though Johnson, Smith, and Horford are beasts, they have the same ol' weakness. Acie Law's not ready yet & Speedy Claxton is continuously hurt.. so it's still Point Guard. How Jameer and Carlos play should determine how the games goes, because that's where we have a clear advantage. For the most part early on Orlando's taken care of business against teams we're supposed to beat. The exception to the rule the last couple of years has been Atlanta however, so this should be a good barometer of how the team has grown. By tomorrow night, the Magic will have only played one game in six days. Not to mention the game is at home. This is a game the Magic need to win, to say the least. Because they should be well-rested enough and ATL games this season are big games for the Magic's psyche.
