If we get IT, surely Ross has to start to compensate for his lack of defence, especially against teams with good PGs so Ross can play on them. This means Fournier either has to slot to SF and bump Isaac to the bench (not horrible since I think we want to take it slow with him) or play a 6th man role.

But I'll take what I can take. I feel (hope) that Thomas is enough of an addition that this 5, with guys like Vuc, Ross, and Augstin coming off the bench, will be good enough to compete for a playoff spot in the East.

Then, am I wrong in thinking that Vuc and Biyombo come off the books at the end of next season? Would that open up enough cap space for us to go out and actually shop? Or does Biyombo stay on the books for longer?
