  1. 1. Is It Time for Rob to Go?

    • Yes, I no longer have confidence in him as the Magic GM
    • No, I still have confidence in him as the Magic GM
    • Unsure

And the abuse a few of us took here 2-3 years ago for questioning the idea that Rob had already proven himself to be a genius.

Be careful what you ask for. That's all I'm saying.

Dennis Scott is itching and that scares the daylights out of me.

I hope that never happens. I rather keep Henny than giving Scott a chance on that position. I am tired of hiring unproven guys.

Nothing would surprise me with the Devis family. Nepotism runs deep in their bones

So if we do get rid of Hennigan this off season, what are people's ideas for what we should be looking for in a replacement?

I am not opposed to the idea, but I believe the Magic need to be very judicious in making such a decision. They need to do their homework (which they seem to have struggled with in some of their hires in the past).

Someone with experience in building a team. Or someone working right under the GM. No CBA or cap specialists.

Or both.

This team is the same exact every year. It's mind boggling how Henny changes parts of the roster year in and year out and we end up with the same type of players every damn year.

Guy can't build a team worth crap.

What is this craziness wih Garrity taking the GM position if or when Rob is fired.

I dont like that.

I dont see Doc getting the coach/gm position. He might take the gm/president of operation position and let vogel coach. I be ok with that. Sort of

Pat might be good. Might not.

It's what I and some others said. Be careful what you ask for. It can get worse folks.

Seriously.

I like exactly 2 players on our roster. Gordon, and Payton. I halfway like Hezonja, but that's mostly due to potential more than anything he's actually done.

5 years later there's 2 players on the roster I give a rats A$$ about. Mario & AG. And having said that, Mario has been a major disappointment but I'm holing out blind faith.

Full disclosure, the only player i predicted we would get before we drafted that we did draft was Gordon. I am incredibly disappointed with him but i still believe in him. Other then that, get rid of all of em.
