When 12 gets traded Davis must stay, he oozes professionalism and we need someone to lead by example. Meer, Redick and Davis lead by example and our young guys can learn from that. I like how he is handling all the stupid Dwight questions (especially the one from Ping lul). I also like the quote "I want to coach players who want to be coached."
