Prokhorov wanted to make a splash to somewhat counter the Knicks getting Melo and bringing in Deron Williams will help fill seats in Brooklyn With that proposed deal the Nets would have 36 million free this summer to sign free agents. Kirilenko, David West, Zach Randolph, Yao Ming, Nene, JR Smith and Tyson Chandler will all be available. Plus they have a plethora of picks left still. That could be a good situation for a guy like Randolph to come in and grab a max contract while helping the team out with its horrible rebounding.
