It's not strange, it's happening. I was at the game last night walking into the tunnel when Gilbert had Dwight listening intently. Gilbert was giving him advice on something and Dwight was very serious, shaking his head as if to acknowledge he would do whatever it was Gilbert discussed with him.

 

I didn't realize what Dwight thought of Arenas but it was clear he respects him and listens to what he has to say.
