J.J. 's future? Coach Moreau says it's time for respect(pg.12)

Jim in Orlando, Fla.:

Finally it seems some positive things for J.J.! Sources say Otis doesn't want to trade him. John Hollinger thinks he's in line to be Vince's back-up. Will his improvement continue? Is his future w/ Magic? How will Stan implement him in rotations?

Mike Moreau:

Stan is a master at finding roles and ways for guys to contribute based on matchups. You saw J.J. start every game against Boston, then get no run vs. Cleveland. J.J. has proved his value, and all of those who doubted him, including me, should give him his respect.

It's time for me to change my location...

Really, I dont see why people are so down on him-he saved our *** in boston...what would we have done without him? lose, thats what.

Without JJ Redick we lose to BOS????

Obviously.

well, its technically impossible to prove we would have lost...but considering we didnt have anyone else to play the 2 I consider it to be a pretty accurate statement...

JJ progressed last year. His D got a lot better due to him learning the system and he got more mass. He just needs to get his shot to fall more consistently and he can be a nice bench spark for us now and then.
