Is T-Mac in his final year of his contract? If so trade them Rashard for T-Mac and Landry. Put Hedo back at the small forward and Landry at the 4 and T-Mac as a bench warmer. Then get Wade or Bosh next year.

I'm not sure I buy the second one at all. It is a tough position for Presti to be in, but in the end I think Rubio would make Westbrook a better player. As for the first one, that one does scare me a bit.
