ORLANDO MAGIC TEAM REPORT

Getting Inside

It was hard enough to beat the Charlotte Bobcats in Orlando on Tuesday. Beating them again in Charlotte in the same week was going to be even more difficult, and so the Magic went out and got Rafer Alston, a sorely needed point guard.

The Magic needed overtime

An interesting matchup considering that we just played them.

Howard should be able to go off again, but the real key will be if we can stop their perimeter players this time.

I predict a big boost from Alston and a win here.

I see what you did there...

Do we know for sure that Skip will be available for us tonight?

I don't see how he could possibly skip this game, especially in lou of a passing his physical.

Bobcats will be seeking revenge no doubt...would be nice to get Lou worked into the fold, hopefully he passes the physical this morning and gets right in there...I dont expect 25/19/8 from Dwight again, but I say this, Brown might be looking to change up their defense on Howard some, so maybe some double downs, and we know what that does...Dwight Howard, killing your game plan since 2004...

Do you guys think the addition of Alston means that Lee moves back into the starting lineup? I was always surprised by the move anyway because Stan struck me as a guy who would never take a starting spot from a player earning it (see: Courtney). However, it has more to do with how horribly Pietrus plays with the starting unit. He's completely invisible, but seems to bring a nice offensive spark when he is on that second squad. Any thoughts?
