KillingInTheNameOf 63 Report post Posted February 2, 2009 With any luck, this should facilitate 3 necessary long term changes for this team. 1) Put Pietrus back in the starting lineup 2) Make Hedo the backup point forward with Lee playing PG instead of AJ. 3) Create some PT for JJ w/a Hedo, JJ, Lee bench backcourt. CaliMagicFan 0 Report post Posted February 2, 2009 Generally making a trade because you have to when someone gets hurt is a bad idea. Teams smell the blood in the water and it's more expensive. I'm guessing Otis thinks we can get by with AJ, Hedo point forward, Lee, etc. Unless Meer's out like 3 months or we start taknking, we'll see a 10 day contract guy, but that's about it.
