No "Thunderstruck" reference? I thought it was mandatory to have at least ten?

Anyways, nice thread. This is a win, and there is 0% probability that we lose this game. Dwight should be able to take them all by his lonesome. I do like their team, but they make far too many mental mistakes and force a ton of shots. Watch out for Westbrook, though. This guy has "Magic Killer" written all over him.

For the record, Bennett looks hysterical with four ears.

Here's to me not updating my sig anytime soon!

lol this was my idea to name the team during the offseason, are they sporting the same colours as the hornets? i thought i saw that, it's probably because they already painted the arena once.

and seriously if they got that licensing and made the thundercat logo on an nba jersey, i mean i'm a big magic fan and all, but i'd have to sport a durant jersey every once in a while just for the thundercats logo, also for my approval for low fg percentages. lol

Great thread, between the "starters" commentary and the tumbleweed.

Their X-factor is... no, not Nick Collison. The guy's an injury prone scrub and overrated on this forum.

Their X-factor is Jeff Green. I have a really bad feeling that he's gonna "blow up" for 22-5-5 for his first really good game of the season. If he sticks to his usual 12-16 points, couple of boards, and couple of assists that should help the Magic get one step closer to the W. And by W I mean win, not George W. Bush.

Our x-factor, besides the obvious of Rashard needing to snap out of his funk, is the Pietrus/Bogans/Lee? combined defense on... Kevin Durant. He's been known to shoot like, negative 23% from the field, but he's also been known to drop 47 on yo' head, bra. So if we can keep this guy to 25 points or so, along with what I said about Jeffy, we should win and win pretty comfortably. Not a blowout, but comfortably.

TITY stole my "thunder" (HA! Ya like that!?) with his Magic Killer though. *sigh* I'll point it out again anyway.

Magic Killer Alert: Brian Westbrook.

*walks away dejected and disappointed*

Brian Westbrook is a heck of a runner but I do not know how how dribbles the ball or how his jump shot looks. Now Russell Westbrook is another story.

Great thread Drain.

LOL to the Bennett&Tumbleweed pics and the "Still having trouble finding previews?" advice.

I'm really curious to see how the guys will react.

Playing like a team? Could we be road warriors like last year?

I hope so!

We should come out swinging tonight, and the 3 ball should be dropping for us a bit easier...interesting factoid about the Ford Center, the 3-point line is at the 22-feet, which is a foot short of the NBA standard 23-feet...

Dwight should be monstrous tonight, Wilcox is out still, and he posted that huge game against them with Wilcox...granted they didnt have Joe Smith at that time...lol

hahaha...that blue car, the Subaru, is my car....I don't remember ever going to the Ford Center!!!!

Oh yeah, and we win. Watch Dwight have another, I hate losing monster night, and watch Rashard go for 25+ tonight.
