Remember when Bianchi came on our message board either after the last game of the regular season or maybe it was after we lost game 1 of the first round of the playoffs? He asked the contributors to post questions that we wanted him to send to the Magic coaches and players. In my opinion, it may have been effective because we went on to win Round 1 of the playoffs. I believe that it worked because one of our message board contributors posed the question about playing Gortat next to Dwight. I, also, noticed other adjustments Stan made that suggested that the questions that some of you asked were passed along (by Bianchi) to the Coaching staff. Now, I know some of you don't like Bianchi, but as I said to you back then, don't "bite that the hand that feeds you". . . (that is, having the vehicle or means of having our voices heard).

Gporter has agreed to do game 3, right? Also, 'This Is The Year' said that he was going to sign up for game 3. Richnba is right . . .I will need some help off the bench (back up), then I can come in for the tough ones . . .like a go-to guy/girl (Ya see what I did here!). Hahaha . . .I'm beginning to feel the pressure of actually playing the game of basketball. Btw, I don't mind doing the game threads. It's just that we have a long way to go.

Why did Alston run back down court and try to put up a 3 with no time run off the clock? It's too early in the game for that kind of stuff?

"I hate hearing about it. It makes me mad," Howard said. "Anytime somebody talks about my team and the organization, yea I'm going to get upset." The Magic will need more than strong statements to get by a Philadelphia team that rallied from 18 points down to a 100-98 Game 1 win on Sunday. The Sixers not only exposed Orlando's flaws, they showed they can hang with the heavily favored Magic. Game 2 is Wednesday in Orlando. "We feel like we have a great chance," said forward Andre Iguodala, whose shot with 2.2 seconds remaining gave the Sixers the win. "We just have to go out there and show people what we can do." What they did was knock the Magic around. Howard was inadvertently scratched in the eyes by Sixers center Samuel Dalembert late in the third quarter. Howard said Monday he was going to get his eyes examined because he was "seeing just a whole bunch of crazy stuff" when he closed them and felt a "pulsating" sensation when they were open. But he's not expected to miss any game time and even joked, "I used to be a boxer back in my former life, so I was used to those punches." The rest of the game he didn't find funny.
