  1. Key word: New.
  2. Ok I didn't panic when we lost by 26 to the Heat... but now it is time to hit the button.
  3. Sure the glass is half empty with BJ... but he's trying to be realistic. The Magic got embarrassed last night. Dwight Howard is our only bright spot at this point in the season. I feel bad for the Knicks.
  4. Going to this game a couple hours early made it one of the best experiences of my life. :) http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/orl-magic-wizards-102810-pictures,0,5284553.photogallery?index=orl-magic720101028162605
  5. Great game... proud to be a Magic fan. :)
  6. http://www.nba.com/2010/news/features/sekou_smith/10/22/fav-game-92-asg/index.html?ls=iref:nbahpt1 Pretty good read, on NBA.com
  7. He outscores Cavalier benches by himself. That and it's always nice to have a guy like him when one of those guys the OP mentioned goes down.
  8. This. Matt Barnes can't shoot. He also got burned by Pierce in the ECF. gg
  9. thanks buddy
  10. I hear ya and I'm not usually one to promote ESPN, but there is literally nothing else going on as far as Orlando Magic news right now, this is at least gonna be something to read/talk about until the game tonight.
  11. 1. 62-20 2. Miami, Orlando, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Milwaukee, Indiana 3. LA, OKC, Portland, Dallas, Denver, San Antonio, Utah, Golden State 4. Magic vs Lakers 5. Kevin Durant 6. Seeing the new Amway Center in person.
  12. http://espn.go.com/nba/dailydime/_/page/dimelive-101015/daily-dime-live They are doing a live chat on our Magic @ 3pm, discussing the Southeast division today, and right now they are talking about none other than you know who... the Miami Heat. There is also this video of Tim Legler saying we will get the 2nd seed behind Miami, and ahead of Boston. He knows we'll contend because of our defense and Dwight Howard, but he's not sure that Vince Carter is that go-to guy that we really need. He does a video on every other team, and basically feels that the Celtics have a chance in the playoffs (go figure), the Heat will have the #1 seed no matter what, and the Lakers are the team to beat. All of this seems pretty obvious, although I personally believe the Magic will get the #1 seed after seeing how much defense the Heat do NOT play, and how truly reliant they will be on those role players to hit open shots. Legs does a pretty good/non biased job of breaking this down, so I have to give him credit... because I know deep down he just wants Boston to win. http://espn.go.com/nba/preview2010/team/_/name/orl Also, if you go to the first link, off to the right you'll see links under each team only for ESPN Insider. I for one do not pay ESPN, because I believe they are a horribly biased network that hates the Magic. However, I know some of you do pay the 2 dollars per year or w/e it is, so if you could give a rundown of what it says about the Magic I would appreciate it.
  13. Thanks for the heads up, Chicago is a better game anyway.
  14. Just a heads up that I plan on recording this game... so hopefully we will win, because that means I'll be making one of them there highlight video things.
  15. Lets just wait to see if the Miami Thrice will ever even play a game together w/o one of them being injured.
  16. http://hangtime.blogs.nba.com/2010/10/11/you-believe-in-magic/?ls=iref:nbahpt1 Not sure how I feel about 25% of the people voting comparing us to the Denver Nuggets, but I thought it was a pretty good read.
  17. Dwight is starting to remind me of Kobe in terms of his focus. It's almost as if losing to Boston in the Conference Finals a year after beating them has truly motivated him to take the matter into his own hands and prove all the New York/Boston fans @ ESPN wrong.
  18. You can't seriously be defending Vince Carter with a video from Youtube? He does have some pretty good moments, I'll give him that... but the guy scored 3 points in a playoff game. I can only hope for the best this season. Vince has to prove everybody wrong in the playoffs.
  19. Glad you guys liked this video as much as I did when stumbling upon it. I honestly have no doubt in my mind that Dwight can and will win MVP... given the set of circumstances. People are quick to say Durant, but we all remember when T-Mac had to carry a team to the playoffs, lead the league in scoring, and still not get the MVP over Tim Duncan.
  20. Pretty amazing video, really makes last nights performance seem less surprising.
  21. I can't believe it's almost time to watch a Magic game @ Amway Center. edit: ot but can anybody tell me if there is anything good written here... http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/trainingcamp10/insider/columns/story?columnist=hollinger_john&page=MagicProfiles1011&action=login&appRedirect=http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/trainingcamp10/insider/columns/story%3fcolumnist%3dhollinger_john%26page%3dMagicProfiles1011
  22. I'd say Jameer is still pretty underrated. I just hope he can be healthy for a full season.
  23. hahahahahahahahaha best analogy EVER
  24. Didn't Eric Dampier injure Jameer's shoulder two years ago?
