From what I am reading it is saying that he didn't want to play in the pre-draft camp in Orlando, not that he didn't want to play for Orlando.

Yeah, that's definitely the context. I saw this a while back, this would've been brought up much sooner if this weren't the case, and it wouldn't just be in one article.

It appears that some are really searching for something to talk about. It is equally obvious that he made that statement, in respect to the Orlando pre-draft sessions.
