JJ should of taken the shot and not passed, and I dunno what Evans was thinking coming off the three point line at that moment. You really get the feeling that if JJ has more GAME TIME with those guys during the season it might of been a different story. I'm certainly not ready at all to say Redick should start. But I want to start a campaign for JJ to take Dooling's minutes completely and maybe a couple of Evans, to boot. Nobody played harder tonight than Dwight Howard and J.J. Redick. There's no question. But will any of this actually dent SVG's psyche? Highly doubtful. Unless Coach K sent Stan an email during halftime or something. Terrible effort through 3 and a half quarters, terrific wake up call through that last half a quarter. Gives me some more hope for the Clipper game. Lata. Tommaco 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2008 you know what though im glad to see rashard start to get his shot back it looked **** good from the 3pt. and JJ realy amayzed me with his energy and his scoring so fast. he made the right choices with the exception of the last two. Osprey 199 Report post Posted January 8, 2008 I don't give a **** how bad everyone says JJ's defense is. Tonight, he earned himself a start over our pitiful backcourt. I can handle Bogans and Dooling having bad games and I won't call for them to hit the bench, but the overhelming lack of effort I will never condone. Luke 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2008 i'm thinking jj knew he was going to get blocked so he passed it to evans who wasn't ready. kind of ruin a good game for him, 10 in limited minutes and decent D. my guess is tomorrow he will be back to the bench unless were down big again but i hope not.
