Fournier is a good player, he's 21 and we get a second rounder and clear 7 mill off the books. Obviously there wasn't some dream trade for affalo like what was being reported. Fun fact Gilbert Arenas got his final $23M last year that we used our Amnesty clause on. While it wasn't hitting the cap it was still hitting the teams bottom line. Janders 102 Report post Posted June 26, 2014 here's what i think after doing some more reading- Fournier is a lot like most of these guys in play at #12 in this draft, on a cheaper contract, with nba experience. also frees up Oladipo to start at SG. My theory- package Jameer, #12, #56 to LA for #7 and Steve Nash's contract. Draft Exum at 4, Vonleh/Randle/Gordon at 7. Hope Philly takes Embiid. This would give the Lakers some cap space as well.
