You're Fat, Pat! 98 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 IMO, its a great idea...i think Kwame is better than you all think... he's a 7-footer, he's a good rebounder, has a respectable low post game, and can get a blocked shot every once in awhile... he's better than who we have now, and he's better than PJ Brown, but id rather have Webber, just cuz he's such a great passer... he averaged 8.4ppg, 6rpg, 1.8apg, .9spg, 1.2bpg...(although, he only played 41games...) which is another problem, he does have a knack for injuries... but he's got some game: he brings a great attitude...haha...: (yeah, thats Tim Donaghy in the picture)
bhnole 153 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 Why would anyone want to give up a flexible team player like Hedo for a waste of space like Kwame? We need a hustling, scrappy PF, not a guy who looks lost most of the time.
Jareth Cutestory 678 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 How bout this.. http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/traderesult?playe...9~13~23~13&te=&cash= Basically its throwing Turiaf in. That'd be a little bit better?
Marc Acres 3:16 418 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 Kwame is soft mentally and physically. We don't want a guy on the team that crumbles when someone is beating up on him, especially not at the 4.
richnba 3 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 If we trade him and Bogans, all the sudden we have no backup sf.
You're Fat, Pat! 98 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 well, he'd be a great addition at the FT line: http://youtube.com/watch?v=APKVIuBDZcw haha...
30Assists 342 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 quote: I'd rather keep both of them and sign PJ Brown. Totally. Hedo's been good for us. Maybe not the most consistent player we have on the roster, but he was better than most. Unless we get equal value for him, I'm not anxious to send Hedo packing. Kwame would not be equal value, even if he'd fill a space on the roster.
louman34 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 How is it that the Lakers only give up trashy kwame brown and end up with ron artest and keith bogans? Doesn't make any sense to me.

Kwame will make some $9Mil over the next 2 seasons, and we would be stuck riding out that fat contract, Now if they did add Turiaf, and took Hedo and Garrity....I would settle! Knappy 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 I'd like to get a big and I'm ok trading Hedo for a big, but people say Kwame isn't the right option.
richnba 3 Report post Posted July 31, 2007 Kwame Brown has so much potential he started palying real good last year. I wouldnt be opposed to acquiring him, but not for Hedo and Bogans.
