That’s just my opinion There's not enough data to base an opinion on for Garland. He played 36 minutes against legitimate NCAA teams. Most of his value is coming from elite camps where he was typically neck and neck with Quentin Grimes who has suuuuucked at Kansas so far. But Garland is bad defense, not great athleticism, not great passing, good (great?) shooting. Really short. Really short arms. So is he Lillard or shabazz Napier? We get DSJ, Courtney Lee, Lance Thomas, JJ Barea's money. Knicks get Wes Matthews, jerian Grant Simmons goes somewhere I don't remember. Basically Dallas gets pick prospect decent sg. We get DSJ and veteran roster filler that expires next year when it might be more advantageous to have cap space. I'm kind of at the point where I don't want to be involved in free agency because I'm terrified of another biyombo situation.
