jjgator 164 Report post Posted February 26, 2019 Anyone else love the Lakers having problems? https://www.google.com/amp/s/nypost.com/2019/02/26/lebron-james-lakers-criticisms-are-flying-right-back-at-him/amp/ LeBron does seem like a bit of a jerk criticizing his teammates after a game they lost by five in which he shot 8-23. No matter what the reporter said his comments definitely sounded like a shot at his teammates to me. The guy who is the self proclaimed GOAT(his words just a few short months ago) should be able to will his team to a playoff spot, right?

Who else from his draft class is even playing right now, much less putting up almost MVP numbers? His biggest problem is simply choosing style over substance. If L.A. was really all he cared about he should have went to the Clippers.

I think hes in LA to pad career stats, grow his business endeavors, and if he can get some stars to help win a championship great but hes admitted that he feels hes already done everything there is to accomplish and everything else is icing on the cake. Which I agree with I understand but that is Not the point. If he is going to criticize his teamates and be so verbal about it then he need to look at how bad he really had been this year. To be ranked #193 in the league with a defensive rating at 105.5 is inexcusable. And is not this year only. Last year he was ranked at 491!! yet, he declares himself the GOAT. A lot of good rookies peak early. A lot of bad rookies improve significantly. If you look at rookie rankings from years past they end up surprising you.
