They could offer him for Kevin Love. It's a gamble but a Kyrie/Lebron/Love team is a legit contender for years.

They're definitely the favorite but if they lose Ariza it wouldn't be surprising if they take a step back

Now Bosh to Houston, they'll match the Parsons contract as well and it could very well be Bosh vs Lebron in the finals. (Although I doubt it.)
