We aren't focusing on one player or one draft. We could do anything and change our plan at the drop of a hat if things change. If, hypothetically, nicholson and harkless become allstars in their second year, we'll trade our assets for proven players and use our cap space for a top tier free agent. If nicholson and harkless are role players, we can build further through the draft. If we don't like the 2014 draft or free agency we take on bad contracts that expire when we want them to and acquire more draft picks. Point being, we don't need to worry about striking out at one piece of the rebuild. the options are nice but there has to be an endgame. Otherwise we could be stuck in rebuild mode for a while! I'm assuming we still want to create cap space and aren't looking to be too great, while trying to add a backup point.
