Emory889 353 Report post Posted September 3, 2012 I was thinking he would be a great fit on the Lakers...they could give us a top 30 protected 2nd round pick in the 2022 draft and Stern would sign off on it... I see you've found a new person to work into every one of your posts regardless of how unrelated that person is to the topic being discussed.

O_SteveO 104 Report post Posted September 4, 2012 So.. maybe I made this up, but didn't we sign E'Twaun Moore? I was sure I read that, but I couldn't find anything about it afterwards. EDIT: it's also possible I missed something regarding this.

Jareth Cutestory 678 Report post Posted September 5, 2012 Augustine looked awkward but was a decent player at Illinois. They just don't teach then how to run there. Cook looked awkward too..
Penny Hardaway's Ghost 260 Report post Posted September 5, 2012 Who was better in their prime...Pat Burke or James Augustine? Pat Burke was a very serviceable NBA center. With more exposure to the NBA game he could have been as good as a Joel Przybilla in his "prime" imo. Augustine could have been a great "energy" guy. I think he had the tools to be a solid body on defense and a good defensive rebounder. A Lou Amundson type. Sadly not enough burn.
