Beast From The East 663 Report post Posted August 10, 2012 He never said the deal wasn't happening. There may be more moving parts involved that need to get ironed out. Hope it doesn't happen
Miller4Prez66 545 Report post Posted August 10, 2012 If one more person says "This team got this for that blah blah blah" I'm gonna puke. Those teams had different agendas and didn't have a star handcuffing your options.
jsam7 0 Report post Posted August 10, 2012 can we trade those 2 2016 draft picks for new ownership? Yes get rid of an owner who has been willing to lose money to try to win. Good call on that one

David stern is mulling it over. he's expected to say yes
jsam7 0 Report post Posted August 10, 2012 I never said I'm leaving, just that I won't support the established idiocracy. The Bobcats turned Stephen freaking Jackson into 2 1st round picks and a soon-to-be-expiring contract Cool to see Dwight fetched barely more than that, gg Rob Babcock. Yep emulating the Bobcats organization is something the Magic should aspire to be.

TheJambo 10 Report post Posted August 10, 2012 I think everyone needs to hold off judgement, until the WHOLE Deal is reported... There could be additional trades related to this trade, not yet reported.. Just think about this...... Why would we take Harrington, and the lower of Denver's 2014 pick, unless they were taking something from us also....as they are getting a major upgrade in talent... Maybe, just maybe, a separate trade of Turk for Denver's TPE.. Contingent on this whole 4 team trade going down. That would make us getting rid of J. Rich, Duhon, Turk, and Clark, Along with DH(who does not want to be here). J. Rich (Highly overpaid for what he brings, almost untradeable contract unless included in this type of deal..) Duhon (Worthless piece to any puzzle) Turk (See Duhon, plus lazy and un-motivated to get any better or try harder) Clark (Not the Smartest NBA player by far, as far as NBA IQ goes..) DH (Does not want to be here, and killed Orlando's chances at getting any GREAT deal by all of his Whining!!) You do not want any of that around a group of young players that you are trying to mold into quality NBA players, and more importantly Quality People!! That sounds like a Great way to start changing the mentality of the Team!!! Getting the young talent and Draft picks on top of that is just icing on the cake!!! REALLY, what could you expect after what HWNSNBU has done behind the scenes, Dwight has done in the media, and what Otis did to this teams CAP?????
ML6 520 Report post Posted August 10, 2012 Some of you are so out of touch with reality it's dumbfounding, and you really have no business posting on basketball message board. The amount of ignorance on here has ballooned to absurd levels.

The Neighborhood Bully 266 Report post Posted August 10, 2012 He never said the deal wasn't happening. There may be more moving parts involved that need to get ironed out. Probably negotiating for a box of cracker jacks thrown in. The prize inside might be the best return we get.
Dr Oranges MD 9 Report post Posted August 10, 2012 Yes get rid of an owner who has been willing to lose money to try to win. Good call on that one just throwing money at the team hasn't worked out so far. How many years have the Knicks been spending money like the Yankees but with different results?
