They can't put a claim on billups? As I've seen you place a bid on the % of the guy's contract you want to pay and highest bidding % gets him.

Since Clippers trade talk for the hornets are dead for cp3 magic need to get him

I don't think that the league can trade him to us because then it would look awful and rigged considering our offer is no where near the other teams that have been turned down.
