of course, rebuilding needs a new gm to plan everything. You let otis make the dwight deal, assemble this years roster, then he's gone.

 

 

Exactly, while we are on the subject of rebuilding, we may have to re-think Stan.....if he is chasing away the talent with his apparent closet sadism approach to coaching! I am not sure, but you really need to see develpoment , and the guy's need to be around long enough to develop!
