My mentaility is that he has 2 months to get ready for the playoffs..if he somehow can get it going by then, this team will be a lot more fun to watch. This is a very long slump. Not only that but we are talking about a guy who wasn't a good percentage shooter to begin with. I want to put a shock collar on him and zap him every time he pulls up. You don't talk about trading guys on your team currently when a trade was already made with the player being discussed. He also knows Kyler is a clown and never tells him anything. Telling Gilbert to stop shooting does nothing but turn him into something he isn't. That's what he does. That's like telling Kidd to stop passing because he's having an high turnover night.
