You might be forgetting that there actually needs to be a player like that available, AND they would have to want to come to Orlando (aside from a trade) This signing could be a great trade chip if we move him.
-
This is essentially a Ben Gordon deal, which worked out fine (as in he's off our books this year). Looking at the market and seeing how quickly players are being snapped up. I don't mind giving him 4.5 for one year. He'll be fine off the bench. We have to realise that players aren't that excited to come to Orlando just yet. If we improve and make the playoffs next year, then we should be able to attract better players, i.e Horford

I thought he was LeBron's best mate

thanks for that info.

depending on what Philly does with JT and Landry, we could potentially pick on of those guys up for cheap. Clearly there are no first choice PF's available now, so it might come down to securing a back up PF which won't cost us too much and which will help the team. Favours is a name that keeps popping up, but you'd think we'd have to give up a lot to get him, whether it be future firsts or AG.

No matter how much we don't like Frye, HE IS a stretch 4! We have one on our team, and a pretty good one too. Yeah he sucked last year, but our whole team did. We need a defensive minded PF.
-
I'd have JT or Landry
-
Problem is that there just aren't those types of players available. Don't want to do another Frye move, so we might as well just stick with who have and hope Skiles can work his 'Magic'

Since we've signed both Harris and O'Quinn to qualifying offers, how long do they have before they need to make a decision?

http://www.nba.com/2015/news/features/david_aldridge/06/29/morning-tip-a-dozen-moves-for-the-offseason-state-of-one-and-done-players-in-nba-since-2006-qa-with-former-atlanta-hawks-gm-danny-ferry/index.html?ls=iref:nbahpt3a 10. Toronto should sign Orlando's Tobias Harris to an offer sheet for significant -- though not max -- money Whatever the reasons, the Raptors' defense collapsed last season, and Toronto was swept by the Wizards in the first round, putting coach Dwane Casey's job in jeopardy next season. The Raptors have work to do to re-sign Lou Williams and/or Amir Johnson, but neither one of those should preclude the Raptors from adding an athletic piece to their frontcourt. Wondering if we could facilitate a sign and trade?
-
Could something like this be possible? Sign and trade Tobias
-
None taken...but obviously we can't be using Willie as back up PG again.. Log jam at SG/SF now with Mario gives us some flexibility to trade Hark/Fournier/Willie and to an extent Harris or O'Quinn (if signed and traded)
-
Delly to Magic as our back up PG? We clearly will need to make a trade/FA pick up here.

9am here in Australia...Boss is out. I will not be doing any work today.

So Channing Frye?
