The Bulls will sign Kyle Korver to a three-year, $15 million deal, according to sources.

Korver is a three-point specialist and most recently a member of the Jazz.

JJ won't be with the Bulls this fall. He's ours to lose.

He just said they would pursue him. Then Boozer signed and pushed hard for his guys, i.e. Korver.

5m/season is a good deal for a top flight shooter, imo. Good pickup for the Bulls, they are going to have a solid team if they can lock up another big.

Just another reason why I see us holding on to Redick.

By the time he comes back from Italy it will be clear that the only teams still looking at him will be teams going nowhere (unless Utah). Nah!

So Redick stays with us.

There isn't really a contending team that I could see JJ go to and contenders make a lot more sense than some up and coming team. I wouldn't be surprised if the Knicks offer him a contract but I doubt JJ would want to go there even though a fastbreak offense would be perfect fit.

Stan set this up well. When your head coach publicly says "We will match any offer" this makes teams gun shy because they dont want to rap up their money in a critical time for 7 days while we decide. Need I remind people what we did to Dallas last year? Sucker punched them...

JJ will be in Orlando next year for sure.

Hey, if JJ is set as their next target, we may be in trouble. They have money to blow, to either convince Lebron to play there or to spend if Bron doesn't sign there.

JJ can be had if you're willing to pay more than Otis, which is probably around 5 million per year. Chicago may be willing to pay that. I do not think it is out of question like most people seem to infer.

so your going to stay a member of the forums if jj leaves?

I think he may be gone... if only Otis can find a way to keep him. I'll be upset if another team picks him up, but I've been a Magic fan since NBA Hangtime came out for the Nintendo 64. Once I played as Penny with my friend, he was always Horace Grant, I was hooked on this team!

The Bulls dumped 4 former lotto picks, Nocioni, & the #15 pick in this years draft to acquire Boozer, Korver, & possibly Redick? They might be better than they were at the end of last year, but you'll have a hard time convincing me they will be better off than they would have been.
