Dream a Little...Play the "WHAT IF" Game

Recommended Posts

Summertime not much going on ...

Let's play a game.

Only rules are you must participate, be real and come up with good "WHAT IF'S" try to keep them TEAM related.

Eg...WHAT IF we got BOSH? How would this make our next season?

WHAT IF posted from a fan.

Answer...Wow I'm creaming on my pants.

Posted from another fan and so on.

Hope you got the idea .

Words and pictures excepted..

We can start with the example but after that it's up to you to keep the game going by posting your "WHAT IF'S" and your answers.

I'll play along.

We become instant favorites for the 'ship and we more then likely have 3 rings in the next 5 years.

"WHAT IF" Lebron and D-wade go to the same place?

They do well, but Lebrons ego is hurt when Wade completely outplays him the entire season. Lebron demands a trade the next year.

What If Vince we get rid of vince for a good player (first or second tier star) unafraid to go to the basket?

As long as that player have the mindset of winning and being unafraid to "take it to the basket" during the playoffs, if we keep all our pieces, I think we'll have a good chance to win at least the ECF but the whole team and not just one person need to show up and that person better play defense.

WHAT IF we don't sign JJ, whom would replace him and his potential of getting better next season?

First off, the Bosh bandwagon signs up to this forum. Then we get the ridiculous comments on how this has suddenly become Bosh's team and that Bosh should start over Howard...etc.

We'd be a much better team and Van Gundy would have no choice but to start Bosh at the four.

What if JD had a complete thought.

Instead of posting it in multiple lines of text.

Sometimes a really threshed out idea gives way.

Then even with a great topic for post it would be written better.

Obviously it will be much more thought out and comprehensive.

So something like this below would be great:

What if the magic got Dwayne wade? Championship. What if the magic got Lebron James? Championship.

What if this idea was never posted? This board wouldnt be full of inane threads that really have no monumentum and wouldnt make you click on the topic in hopes there was good info and thought out paragraph's of well written text.

On with the game...

WHAT IF...Stan actually wore a tie and didn't yell.
