Hoopsworld- Orlando NOT on Brandon Bass' list of suitors

Recommended Posts

quote:
New Orleans is seeking a backup power forward to keep starter David West from having to play the extensive minutes he averaged last season, a team-high 39.2 per game.

"We're going to get involved with everything and make contacts and start the process and see what the market is going to create, and let players know of our interests and find out what they are looking for, " Bower said.

Tony Dutt, the agent for former LSU and Hornets power forward Brandon Bass, said he and Bass have New Orleans on their list, along with several other teams, including the New Jersey Nets and Dallas Mavericks, his current team.

People should stop listening to stuff like this and just wait for more concrete stuff.

Also, if it's up to Bass where he goes, would he really want to be a backup on a team that has slim-to-none chances of getting out of the West (NO), starter on a team that has absolutely no chance in the East (NJ), backup on a team with slim chance in the West (Dal) or starter on a contender in the East (Orl)?

Hmmm....

everytime someone posts a link to a NBA news site different people automatically discredit that site and laugh at it. It hasn't failed to happen on every news source lately.

So what site do you all trust?!
