oregon has a state income tax rate of 9% so if turk spends 5 years in portland 4.5 mil of his 50 will be spent on taxes and portland can only offer 5 years and a 6th in a s&t.

Magette isnt 30 and its noy 10 million a year thats the problem its 5-6 years.

 

I bet Otis would give him 12+ for 2 years maybe 3 if it was declining
