The first time Dwight seals his man and VC fires him a pass in deep position all these perceived feelings will be washed away.

 

If they are still lingering the pick and roll with VC can help as well.

He will be fine. He still has his buddies Jameer and Rashard (who are both stoked about the trade)...and now he knows, more than ever, that his organization is committed to winning. Not much more you could ask for...
