Not likely tonight, or ever? He's been pretty close already, so I'll assume you meant tonight.

I actually did mean ever. Dwight has had 30 games with at least 20 rebounds in his career out of 399 games, which means he does it about 13% of the time. He's never topped 39 pts in a regulation game, and only topped it in an overtime game once. So he'd have to obliterate what is, for Dwight, a typically "very good" scoring night at the same time he was also having a rebounding night that is in the top 13% of his games in his career.

That is a very unlikely set of circumstances, and would be an achievement that Shaq, for instance, only accomplished once in his career and Tim Duncan has never accomplished.

im sure he could within the next couple years...but i would rather see a 30 rebound game from him. a 30/30 night would be insane...

A 50/20 night for Dwight....

You know, its not unlikely and very possible.

It takes two things to reach this mile stone..

The ball, Dwight is going to need a good amount of touches...

Converting Free Throws, Dwight always leaves points on the floor because of this...

But im going to go out on a limb and say that it will happen.

Dwight will get a 50/20 or two during his career...
