I watched the first five minutes of this garbage and turned it off. To you that did watch you must have an extremely high pain tolerance. The way this team plays offense is yes offensive. Every move they make this off season should be for shooters, no excuses.
This team has two players with all the heart Suggs and Mo. It's a shame nobody else could step up and bring that intensity in their absents.
BTW I went to Tankathon for the first time today.
The reason the Magic were jacking up so many threes against the zone was they have nobody that can dribble. Geeeez I don't think AB can get the ball inside the three point line with his handle. I know he's young but I just don't see it with him.
Embiid may be the dirtiest player in the NBA and that's not hyperbole. Just in the last two games knee to the jewels, stepping on a downed players leg, and an elbow clothesline that almost decapitated Brunson and I can't stand the knicks.
This is so true. Cleveland has all the pressure on them in this series. Also don't forget they tanked the last game of the season to get this match up so there's that as well. Magic just need to play free and easy on offense and stop either Mitchell or Garland from having a big game. "I like this team".
I wanted to trade for him at the deadline but read about the supposed beef with Palo. He would be just what this team needs, he has the ability to score, assist and play defense. Unfortunately that ship has sailed.
Good ugly win on the road. They really let things get physical especially the way Franz was being guarded. The bench played really well Goga, Mo, Cole and JI all made contributions to the win.
When Murray was in SA his defense was top flight. I think that part of his game looks worse now because he has to cover for Trea . Also he is a point guard who can shoot at least average threes and is not afraid to take a shot. I'd much rather have him than a couple of middling draft picks that will just rot on the bench.
One thing to remember as far as three point shooting. Franz seemed to have broken out of his three point slump also right before he was injured. This bodes well for the future.
