Nick Anderson 4 President 9 Report post Posted April 15, 2008 http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?page=MIP-0708 As you can see, convincingly these ESPNers pick Hedo for MIP with next closest vote getter Rajon Rondo with 3 votes. Maybe this is a sign that Hedo is getting enough respect to win this award!

EnFuego 1 Report post Posted April 16, 2008 No such love from CNN/SI. Of the three, just one has him in the top three and at second. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2008/basketball/nba/award.picks/index.html Ian Thompson has 1. Chris Paul 2. Dwight Howard 3. Brandon Roy - because he feels the award should go to the player that goes from good to great. Mary Burns - 1. Al Jefferson 2. Rudy Gay 3. Lamarcus Aldridge. Get this, he would have voted for Hedo except he says the league says it should go to an up-and-coming player. BS. Jack McCallum 1. Chris Paul 2. Hedo 3. Al Jefferson. Makes the best case for Paul. Hedo may not have it in the bag after all.
