big reason nelson is using the mouth protector is because of the concussion he suffered after getting whacked by bo outlaw....not sure if he used one before, but it's been known to help defend your head against concussions.

Nelson is playing great ball this year.And I think the play that turned this game around in the forth quarter tonight was the steal by nelson and he took it for the layup and bobby jackson fouled him and he got the 3 point play.
