skiles should coach the magic 0 Report post Posted November 1, 2007 do you guys even realize that it is only 2.00 for the digital sports premium package it gives you like nbatv and golf and some soccer network and something else........$2.00 i have the package and i had it long before this whole contreversy started. i got it just to get the nba tv channel.....but 2.00 f'in dollars of course we'd pay it. bhnole 153 Report post Posted November 1, 2007 Ok my dad got through to a VP at Brighthouse and was told it was the Magic are at fault here. Basicly called the Magic greedy and left no room for FSN and Brighthouse to make it work financially by charging too much for the rights. It doesn't surprise me...each party is blaming the other. In public they may be nicer about it, but I bet in a less public setting they have no problem "telling it like it is." Truthfully, if the Magic hadn't sold half the game rights to FSN, I wouldn't care that I don't get it on Brighthouse. (Sorry BH, I know you'd like to get your FSU b-ball). cac67 19 Report post Posted November 1, 2007 Need to update the thread title, it's not just brighthouse in orlando. I've got fsn on cox cable in Ocala, and I'm not getting the games because fsn is holding them back to get more money out of cox. I don't blame cox for not carrying the games. I blame the magic management. I've seen posts from people in gainesville and tampa where fsn is carried but the games are not shown.
