He's currently having a good year with the exception of the last game.

Before Saturday he was averaging 16.2 and 9 on 48/40/63 shooting and good defense. 12 fga per game.

He needs more shots if you want him to be an all star.

But at the same time I don't know where the shots should be coming from with the 3 games prior to Saturday Fournier was averaging 20.7 with 6 assists on 44/43/100 shooting and 17.3 fga per game and vucevic was averaging 25 12 and 5 on 63/78/86 shooting. 16.3 fga per game.

We can't keep fournier and vucevic useful while also getting Gordon 16 fga per game. Running the offense through Gordon actively hurts vucevic's value and vice versa.

Year 5 a few things stick out, but it’s early

Compared to other power forwards

3pt 31% regressed #36, fg% regressed below 34 power forwards, 2.7 TURNOVERS this year going up below 40 power forwards, REBOUNDING should be 9/10 #12, free throws needs to go up to at least 75% (regressed) especially if he drives, below top 40, 1 BLOCK is about average Tied 17 th, STEALS .7 is below average tied 21.

If you recall by last year he was a notoriously a fast starter and then regressed as teams got in shape and wear and tear. I hope he does the opposite this year.

Like I said, it’s early, so we’ll see. I’m pulling for him. No disrespect ?4thewin I think your basketball knowledge is sound.

It's just pointless to analyze numbers right now. A single three point attempt swings his three point percentage by 4%. His 3 block game represents 50% of his blocked shot production. 33% of his missed threes came from the last game. 50% of his made threes came in game 1.

48% of vucevic's assists came from one game. 67% of his blocks came from another.

32% of fournier's points came from one game. 39% of his assists came from another.

We haven't seen enough of anyone to judge their seasons yet.

I think it’s entirely to early to judge.

But I think we can all agree, especially after game 1, that it would have been nice for AG to have gotten off to a better start this year. I’m in no way judging his season or writing him off but after 6 games it looks like the same AG as last year. Had he built off game 1 we’d all feel a lot different about things right now.

So yes, it’s to early to judge anything. But it’s also alright to have wished AG would have come out of the gates swinging this year.

Im surprised no one is mentioning why Simmons and Ross continue to get 23mpg despite utterly horrific shooting. Simmons more so as he’s been absolutely horrific but idk how much longer I’ll be able to watch those 2 go out and build brick houses. People dump on Vuch and Fournier but Simmons and Ross are black holes on offense.

If we’re gonna watch guys throw up bricks all game let Frazier give it a shot.

Let’s hope they’re showcasing for trades. I’d like to see Frazier get some burn.

I'd hate for us to be dominated like the Bulls have been tonight.  Scottie Pippen is in attendence so I'm guessing this is for the shade he's thrown at them.

Boy....I was rooting for them to score 100!  Sheesh.

I am also amazed on how much hate AG gets here. It reminds me a lot of the hate Oladipo was getting around here that year before he was traded away. Now, he is a star on a different team. We need to be more patient with AG. He is clearly a great player and will shine eventually once we get a better playmaker that  can run a better offense.  .He clearly has the talent, athleticism and defensive talent to become an allstar. We need to be more patient. Same goes with Isaac and Bamba.

I like AG but Dipo had other weaknesses. Finishing because he lacked strength and shooting. AG’s problem is while he can dribble, he’s not real smooth at breaking defenders down. It’s kinda clunky and resorts to over dribbling.

GOLDEN STATE HAS 92 POINTS AT HALF

The disparity in the nba is insane. You have the Warriors who could win a gold medal in the Olympics and then the Bulls who might not be able to beat Duke with their current roster.

I’m kidding. But it is crazy how horrible some teams are. Really makes you wonder if there ever will be light at the end of the tunnel for the Magic. They just seem so so far away from anything.

Also I haven’t seen any “hate” towards AG. You’re allowed to say something negative towards a player without it being hate.

Saying “AG sucks” is hate. Saying “AG needs to be more consistent” isn’t.

Klay sets the record for threes in a game.  14 threes.  Passes Curry off an assist.....from Curry lol.
